  • Domestic and international shipments

  • Domestic and international shipments are made through Australia Post.

  • Domestic Australian shipments

    We offer a range of shipping options. As a general guide, Regular Post normally takes 1-3 business days; Regular Registered Post ensures secure delivery ; Express Post will deliver your parcel the next business day within the Express Post domestic network; Express Post Platinum will deliver your satchel by courier by midday the next business day to business addresses (by 5pm to other addresses) within the Express Post Platinum network. Express Post Platinum is signed for on delivery and items are tracked within the network.

  • International shipments

    We offer a range of shipping options. As a general guide, Regular Air Mail normally takes 5-10 business days; Registered Regular Air Mail ensures secure delivery; Express POST International takes 3-7 business days and offers basic tracking and signature on delivery; Express COURIERS International takes 2-4 business days and offers full tracking and signature on delivery.

  • Currency

  • Product prices are offered in a range of currencies. International buyers are responsibile for postage costs and all other taxes and duties that may apply in their individual country.

  • Packaging

  • We take great care in packaging your shipment, however once a shipment is in transit we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost order(s).

  • Store Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend the product prices and description without prior notice.

  • Vouchers

  • Bonus vouchers are transferrable, the voucher code must be quoted when placing an order and the voucher code can only be redeemed once.

  • Returns

  • We are under no obligations to refund you if you change your mind. However at the business discretion, in some circumstances we may consider to refund you, in this case, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged. A customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is faulty. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused.

    Please contact us for a return authorization number before returning your package. All returns must have a return authorization number clearly stated on the outside of the return box or package. Buyers are responsible for paying for return shipping and in the case of exchange the shipping costs for us to send exchanged items to you as well. We generally dispatch your order within 1-2 business days after the payment is cleared and any queries are confirmed (if there are any).

    Please note once an order has been dispatched and out of our hands, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the postal company or other unforeseeable events, therefore we do not accept returns if you don’t receive your item in a timely manner.

    Pick up can be made by appointment at a time agreed by both parties.

    Unfortunately we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise which was damaged in return transit. Under no circumstances do we accept returns past 14 days, calculated from the delivery date.
